neoindia.in is run by Neo Products, Kerala. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Which store you order from

You tell us your pincode or share your location, and we show you the store that delivers to you: Neo’s own store or a partner supermarket near you. Your cart and order are with that one store.

A partner supermarket sells Neo products and its own products. Items marked NEO are Neo’s own; items marked STORE belong to the partner supermarket.

Prices and availability

Prices are the serving store’s prices and are confirmed at checkout before you pay. If a price or stock changes between adding an item and checking out, checkout shows you the new price or tells you the item is no longer available.

A store can mark an item unavailable after you order. That item is removed from your order and you are not charged for it (see Refunds & cancellations).

Payment

You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards or netbanking) or choose cash on delivery where the store offers it. We do not see or store your card or bank details; Razorpay handles them.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our Refunds & cancellations policy.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email. Keep access to them private; orders placed from your account are treated as yours.
