Who delivers

Your order is delivered by the store serving your pincode: a partner supermarket near you, using its own delivery staff, or Neo for orders from Neo’s own store. The store’s name is shown at the top of every page and on your order.

Where we deliver

Each store delivers to the pincodes it serves. Enter your pincode or share your location to see whether we deliver to you and which store will. If no store serves your pincode yet, you can leave your details and we will tell you when we do.

Any delivery charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Your order page shows each step: placed, accepted by the store, packed, out for delivery and delivered.

If a store cannot fulfil your order

If the store cannot take your order, we pass it to another nearby store or to Neo. If nobody can fulfil it, the order is cancelled and any online payment is refunded to the method you paid with. If some items are unavailable, the rest of the order is delivered and you are not charged for the missing items.
