What we collect

Your name, phone number and email address, the delivery addresses you save, and your orders and reviews.

Your pincode, or your GPS location if you choose “Use my location”. We use your location only to choose the store that delivers to you and to deliver your order.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to run the store: one remembers your delivery location and store (neo_loc), and one keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

The store fulfilling your order (Neo’s own store or a partner supermarket) receives your name, phone number, delivery address and the items ordered, so it can pack and deliver them.

Razorpay processes online payments. Our email provider sends order emails. If you turn on notifications, your browser’s push service delivers them.

We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your saved addresses in your account, and turn notifications off in your browser at any time. To ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted, contact our grievance officer.
